At Handpicked Blossoms we want to make sure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful every time.
  • Shipping Method:

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day. Please note that orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected at checkout. We use reliable and trusted carriers to ensure your flowers are delivered in a timely and safe manner.

  • Delivery Times:

Standard shipping orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. For expedited shipping, orders will be delivered within 1 business day. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable events.

  • Delivery Locations:

We currently offer delivery to most locations in the United States. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be eligible for delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery to your location.

  • Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order and estimated delivery date.

  • Delivery Instructions:

During checkout, you will have the option to provide delivery instructions to the carrier. Please provide any necessary information to ensure your flowers are delivered to the correct location.

  • Refunds and Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders that have been shipped. If your flowers arrive damaged or are not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
